Chris Parman will provide an update regarding the activities for the 4th Annual Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival.

BACKGROUND:
The City Council approved Fantasy Balloon Flights to serve as the operations management company for the 4th Annual Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival occurring on November 17 - 19, 2017.
DISCUSSION:
Chris Parman, Communications / Events Manager will provide an update on all the activities that will occur during the 4th Annual Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The contract with Fantasy Balloon Flights to provide management, entertainment, and most of all necessary expenses related to the festival operation is fully funded in the current budget.
