Staff recommends the City Council adopt a Resolution accepting donation of property from the City Urban Revitalization Corporation "CURC" for park and/or recreational amenity purposes

BACKGROUND:
The City Urban Revitalization Corporation ("CURC"), an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation, wishes to grant, via donation, to the City parcel number 674-020-051 and 674-020-053 for the purposes of exploring the development of a park and/or recreational amenity.
DISCUSSION:
The City has determined this property is necessary to utilize for the development of a park and/or recreational amenity and therefore would accept the donation from CURC upon City Council adoption of the supporting resolution.
