BACKGROUND:
Council met in a strategic planning retreat on January 9, 2016 and developed goals for the year, which were subsequently adopted through a resolution on February 10, 2016. An update regarding achievement of the goals was presented to Council in study session on April 27, 2016.
DISCUSSION:
The City Manager will present an update to Council regarding achievements to date related to the adopted City Council goals.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Costs related to the goals during FY2015-16 were absorbed in departmental operating budgets or a budget adjustment was authorized. Items necessary to meet the goals in FY16-17 will be absorbed in departmental budgets or addressed through a budget adjustment as the situation warrants.
