Communications / Events Manager Chris Parman will provide the council with an update on the fall 2018 special events.
Body
BACKGROUND:
The City Council approved the position of Communications / Events Manager in 2014 to create, implement and manage Special Events by the City of Cathedral City as well as events produced by third parties.
DISCUSSION:
Chris Parman will provide a preview of the events that the City produces or sponsors for the fall 2018 and will offer a quick preview of the remaining winter and spring 2019 events.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City of Cathedral City has budgeted $299,100 for all special events for Fiscal Year 2018-19.
