Recommendation
Staff recommends the City Council rescind their approval of the amended and restated Joint Powers Agreement regarding the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG), which was originally approved on March 14, 2018 and approve the Third Amendment to the JPA as approved by the CVAG Executive Committee on April 30, 2018.
