Staff recommends the City Council accept the resignation of Josie Diaz from the Public Arts Commission effective March 13, 2018.

BACKGROUND:
Josie Diaz was appointed to serve on the Public Arts Commission on October 26, 2016, to fill an unexpired term continuing to June 30, 2018.
DISCUSSION:
On March 7, 2018, Josie Diaz submitted her resignation from the Public Arts Commission effective March 13, 2018.
Staff recommends the City Council accept the resignation of Ms. Diaz and send her a letter of appreciation for her service on the Commission.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact with this item.
