BACKGROUND:
Councilman John Aguilar requested that we invite a representative from Lift to Rise to give a presentation on the work of their organization.
DISCUSSION:
Lift to Rise is a collaborative of community partners working together to develop a single vision and effort within the Coachella Valley to deal with issues around poverty, including Housing and Health programs. Heather Vaikona, Founding Director of Lift to Rise, will be presenting information on the data portal and their efforts.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact with this item.
