BACKGROUND:
On April 19, 2017, the Planning Commission considered the item and after deliberations, unanimously approved a motion to continue the item to May 3, 2017 to allow the applicant time to revise the plans.
ANALYSIS:
The applicant was unable to revise the plans in the timeframe provided. Staff is recommending to continue the project to a date uncertain to allow sufficient time for the applicant and staff to work together in preparing a complete set of plans for the Planning Commission.

The project was continued from the April 19, 2017 Planning Commission meeting.
