BACKGROUND:
Danish Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe and Alla Mustov of the Routenstein Foundation have applied to conduct the "Cathedral City Royal Caviar Festival" at the Festival Lawn in Downtown Cathedral City on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 12 noon to 8:00 p.m. and a Caviar Masquerade Party at the Civic Center Paseo and Plaza area from 8:00 pm to 2:00 a.m.
Danish Prince Schaumburg-Lippe is an adopted son of Prince Waldemar Stephen of Schaumburg-Lippe. He is an actor and is working with producer Joh Feist on a new reality TV show "From Hobby to Lobby" which involves business education and business startup funds for veterans.

The City has previously offered very loud dance events in the Paseo and there are only four homes that could possibly hear the sound if they had their windows open. The organizers plan to contact the residents of those homes and offer a hotel room for that evening or some ot...
