BACKGROUND:
CM Kaplan asked for Council feedback on whether the Council would support a resolution asking the United States Senate to act on the current Supreme Court vacancy.
DISCUSSION:
Council will discuss the potential resolution and provide direction to staff. If Council wishes to take formal action on a resolution it will be placed on the May 11, 2016 agenda for action.
