BACKGROUND:
The 2015 - 2017 CIP has been approved by the City Council of Cathedral City. The CIP provides direction for the City's Engineering Division to fund, plan and construct projects. These projects cover a broad range of Public Works Projects from street improvement work, sidewalk construction, median and landscaping coordination and construction of new facilities, such as the recently constructed Ocotillo City Park.
DISCUSSION:
Presentation will be made on the CIP projects that have been completed, projects in planning, project costs and project schedules.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The projects being reviewed are funded in the current Capital Improvement Project budget.
