Body
BACKGROUND:
City Council adopted a Capital Improvement Plan outlining a number of capital improvement projects during the adoption of the Biennial budget. The projects included in the CIP are in various stages of completion.
DISCUSSION:
Attached is an updated status of expenditures as of December 31, 2015 on all outstanding Capital Improvement Projects.
Tami Scott, Administrative Services Director will review the financial report with the Council, explain the allowed uses of the various funds and answer any questions the Council may have.
