BACKGROUND:
Council met in a strategic planning retreat on January 23-24, 2015 and developed goals for the year, which were subsequently adopted through a resolution on February 11, 2015.
DISCUSSION:
The City Manager will present an update to Council regarding achievements to date related to the adopted City Council goals.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Costs related to the goals during FY2014-15 were absorbed in departmental operating budgets. Items necessary to meet the goals in the current fiscal year were included in the adopted FY15-16 budget.
