BACKGROUND:
An article was received by the Mayor and Council Members on “All-In Cities: Building an Equitable Economy from the Ground Up” which was discussed at the Equity Summit.
DISCUSSION:
Council Member Shelley Kaplan has requested that this item be placed on the Agenda for discussion on how Cathedral City might move forward with the concepts outlined in the article, which is attached.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact with this item.
