BACKGROUND:
The Riverside County Child Care Consortium hosts the 7th Annual "Day of the Young Child" event that connects families with Early Childhood Education professionals. The event celebrates children with family oriented activities from 9 am to noon. The event consists of social services' booths, children bounce houses, and DJ music.
DISCUSSION:
The organization would like the application fee waived as in years past, and staff agrees. The organizers will provide insurance and submit a clean-up deposit.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Nominal expense to the City.
