BACKGROUND:
Under the authority of the City Council, the City Attorney’s office has negotiated a settlement of these two cases with Defendant Ann Madison in the total amount of $65,000, with $55,000 to be paid immediately and $10,000 to be paid within six months. The complete settlement agreement is attached and is recommended for approval.
