BACKGROUND:
Council met in a strategic planning retreat on January 23-24, 2015 and developed goals for the year, which were subsequently adopted through a resolution on February 11, 2015.
DISCUSSION:
The City Manager will present an update to Council regarding achievements to date related to the adopted City Council goals.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Costs related to the goals in the current fiscal year have been absorbed in departmental operating budgets. Items necessary to meet the goals in the upcoming fiscal year have been included in the proposed FY15-16 budget.
