Staff recommends that the City Council receive a report, discuss and provide direction to staff.

BACKGROUND:
As a result of the Strategic Planning meeting held on January 24, 2015 the City staff was directed to conduct a Study Session related to the Arts in Public Places Program.
DISCUSSION:
Staff will present the provisions of Cathedral City Municipal Code Title 11, chapter 11.45 Art in Public Places Program. The Presentation will include the related Development fee formula, how the fees are derived and what restrictions are currently on the use of the subject funds.
