Councilmember Kaplan requested that a study session be held so that Council can receive information and discuss care and choice at the end of life.
DISCUSSION:
Joe Barnes of Compassion and Choices, compassionandchoices.org, will be present to discuss his organization and legislation (SB128) they are supporting here in California.
