BACKGROUND:
City Council met in study session on March 26, 2014 and developed goals and objectives for the remainder of the year. The goals statements were formally adopted through a resolution on April 9, 2014.
DISCUSSION:
City departments have incorporated the Council Goals into their work plans for the year. Each department has provided an update on the accomplishments they have made to date and status on goals yet to be achieved.
The City Manager will present a summary of achievements during the Council planning retreat. The full document providing relevant updates provided by the departments is attached.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Work on some of the goals has required some expenditures, neither the adoption of the goals statements themselves or preparation of the update resulted in any cost.
