RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation
Receive and file update on the annexation of the North City Extended Specific Area (Messenger Annexation) and effective date of the associated ordinances
Body

BACKGROUND:
On January 15, 2014, the City Council unanimously approved the first reading of an ordinance adopting the North City Extended Specific Plan (SP 12-001) and pre-zoning (CZ 12-001) the approximate 600-acre project area (Messenger Project).
