BACKGROUND:
On November 12, 2014, the City Council unanimously approved the first reading of an ordinance amending SP 97-55. A second reading of the ordinance by City Council is required by law. The effective date of the ordinance occurs 30 days after approval of the second reading.
DISCUSSION:
Resolution 2014-45, adopted by the City Council on November 12, 2014, amended the General Plan Land Use Designation RH (High Density Residential) to be 20-24 dwelling units per acre. Assessor's Parcel No. 677-050-018 has a land use designation of RH. SP 97-55, as amended, designates this parcel as R4 (High Density Residential) such that the zoning is in compliance with the Land Use Designation.

None with this action.
